Return Policy & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• You have received the wrong product.

• The product has manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Return

• The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days .

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase and unboxing video/photo must be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Canceled orders before dispatch.

• Returns approved as per our Return Policy.

• Out-of-stock items after payment.

Refund Method & Timeline:

• The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
